Pizza hearts

Prepare the classic pizza dough and leave to rise in a warm place. Once risen, roll out into a circle and then, using a knife or pizza cutter, cut into the shape of a heart. Cover with tomato purée, add the mozzarella cut into heart shapes and bake at 180° for 20 minutes. Once cooked, add the cherry tomatoes and rocket.
