Procedure
Boil and peel the potatoes, then pass them through a vegetable mill with the ricotta and pour into a bowl. Add the egg yolks and whipped egg whites, a pinch of pepper, the nutmeg and mix together. Pour the mixture into moulds, previously sprinkled with breadcrumbs, and bake at 180° for 20 minutes. Serve garnished with Mioorto Tasty Stems
