Rocket pesto

Add the Mioorto Rocket, pecorino, parmesan, walnuts and a pinch of salt to the mixer. Pour in a drizzle of oil and start blending. While blending, gradually add the remaining oil. When your pesto is well blended and fluid, pour it into a glass jar or use immediately.
