Salmon and baby lettuce

Ingredients

Mioorto Baby Lettuce
Smoked salmon
Blueberries
Pink grapefruit

Procedure

Slice the grapefruit and arrange on a plate. Add Mioorto Baby Lettuce, a few blueberries and rolled slices of salmon. Dress to taste.
