Tasty lamb’s lettuce salad

With the arrival of summer, here’s a tip for a fresh dish. Add the Mioorto Lamb’s Lettuce and Julienne Carrots to a large bowl. Cut the Prague ham into strips, boil and cool the lentils and add both to the bowl. Dress with oil and salt.
