Easter pie

Ingredients

Mioorto Mix for Cooking
3 round sheets of puff pastry
Ricotta
Eggs
Parmesan
Basil pesto

Procedure

Cook the Mioorto Mix for Cooking, wring out the vegetables and add two eggs, salt, pepper and three tablespoons of parmesan. Line a cake tin with baking paper, then place a round sheet of puff pastry in the bottom, brush with oil and place another sheet on top. Add one layer each of vegetables, plenty of ricotta and pesto. Use a spoon to create five wells and place an egg yolk in each one. Cover with the final sheet of puff pastry, fold in the edges, brush with egg white and put in the oven.
