Carrot cupcakes

Ingredients

Mioorto Julienne Carrots
Almonds
00 flour
Sugar
Butter
Eggs
Baking powder
Cream

Procedure

Prepare the muffin batter with a classic recipe or your favourite. Blend the carrots and almonds and mix into the batter well. Add the baking powder as the final ingredient. Bake at 180°, remove from the oven and, once cooled, decorate the cupcakes with whipped cream and sprinkles.
