Carrot cake

Ingredients

Mioorto baby carrots
Flour
Sugar
Eggs
Yoghurt
Almond flour
Baking powder

Procedure

Prepare a yoghurt cake with your usual recipe but replace 1/4 of the flour with almond flour and adding blended raw Mioorto baby carrots. Cook in hot oven at 175° for approximately 30 minutes, leave to cool and decorate with a sprinkle of grated chocolate.
