Ingredients

Mioorto Rainbow
Chicken breast slices
Taggiasca olives
Datterino tomatoes

Procedure

Finely slice the chicken breast and arrange on a plate. Cover with Mioorto Rainbow salad and add the Taggiasca olives and datterino tomatoes. Season to taste with oil and salt or with tonnato sauce.
