Dill biscuits

Ingredients

00 flour
Cornflour
Butter
Sugar
Baking powder
Eggs
Mioorto Dill

Procedure

Take your favourite shortcrust pastry recipe with baking powder and replace 1/3 of the flour with fine ground cornflour. Add some chopped Mioorto Dill, roll into slightly flattened balls and bake. Remove from the oven after approximately 20 minutes, leave to cool and serve.
