Herb parcels

Heat the Mioorto Mix for Cooking in a frying pan for approximately 5 minutes, season with the curry powder and remove from the heat. Cut out squares of shortcrust pastry, arrange the vegetables on top and then close up the parcels. Bake at 180° for 25 minutes. Once the parcels are golden in colour, remove from the oven and serve warm.
