Lamb’s lettuce and robiola

Ingredients

Mioorto Lamb’s Lettuce
Robiola cheese
Fresh apricots
Walnuts

Procedure

Arrange the Mioorto Lamb’s Lettuce on a plate. Select ripe but firm apricots, slice and arrange over the Lamb’s Lettuce. Add the walnuts and place the robiola in the centre of the plate. Dress to taste with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
