Spinach and flaxseed lasagne

Ingredients

Lasagne sheets
Mioorto Spinach
Béchamel
Parmesan
Flaxseed

Procedure

Blanch the Mioorto spinach in boiling water for 5 minutes while preparing the béchamel in a saucepan using the traditional method. Once ready, spread spinach, béchamel and parmesan over every layer of lasagne sheet. Cover the final layer with plenty of béchamel, parmesan and flaxseed. Bake at 180° for 20 minutes and serve hot once ready.
