Tzatziki dip for pinzimonio

Ingredients

Mioorto Pinzimonio
Greek yoghurt
Cucumber
Garlic
Mioorto Dill
Extra virgin olive oil
Lemon
Salt

Procedure

Grate the cucumber and a little garlic and place in a bowl with the Greek yoghurt, a few drops of lemon, a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, salt and a few sprigs of Mioorto Dill. Mix together and serve chilled with Mioorto Pinzimonio.
