Miogourmet Kebab Salad
Place the piadina in a glass container, or any ovenproof container, so that it forms the shape of a bowl. Lightly brush it with extra virgin olive oil. Bake at 200° for a few minutes, remove from the oven and leave to cool. Place the piadina bowl on a flat plate, fill with Miogourmet Kebab Salad and dress with the yoghurt sauce provided.
