Lamb’s lettuce, roast beef and eggs

Ingredients

Mioorto Lamb’s Lettuce
Cherry tomatoes
Roast beef
Hard boiled eggs
Egg sauce

Procedure

Boil the eggs in a saucepan for approximately 8 minutes. When ready, peel and cut 3 into quarters. Make the egg sauce by beating two eggs with extra virgin olive oil and lemon. Add the Mioorto Lamb’s Lettuce, cherry tomatoes and hard boiled eggs to a bowl. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper and add the egg sauce to taste.
