A traditional starter such as panettone gastronomico is a must during the festive season. To make it, cut the panettone horizontally into slices of equal thickness. Use the first slice as the base, spread with cheese and then add smoked salmon and Mioorto rocket. Cover with two more slices and fill with speck and Mioorto Catalan. Repeat until you reach the top.
