Rocket and squacquerone piadina

Spread the piadina with the fresh squacquerone. Add Mioorto Rocket. Fold the piadina and lightly hit on a grill. Enjoy the slightly bitter and peppery taste of the rocket combined with the sweetness of the squacquerone.
