Baby lettuce and fruit salad

Add the Mioorto Baby Lettuce to a large bowl. Peel the apple and peach and cut into slices. Arrange the apple slices on the lettuce to form an outer circle, then arrange the peach slices as an inner circle. Place the walnut kernels in the centre and season to taste.
