Iceberg, salmon and avocado

Ingredients

Avocado
Black olives
Smoked salmon
Mioorto Iceberg
Lemon juice
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper

Procedure

Slice the avocado and place it on a bed of Mioorto Iceberg along with the smoked salmon and black olives. Season with lemon juice, a pinch of salt and pepper and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
