Iceberg with citrus

Ingredients

Mioorto Iceberg
Mioorto Julienne Carrots
Pink grapefruit
Lemon
Black olives

Procedure

Place the Mioorto Iceberg lettuce into a large dish and add the Julienne Carrots. Remove the pith from the lemon and pink grapefruit wedges to leave only the pulp. Add to the salad with the black olives. Dress to taste.
