Potato flan

Ingredients

Potatoes
Onion
Egg
Grana Padano
Mioorto Tasty Stems

Procedure

Add the finely chopped onion to a frying pan, cover with water and leave to cook until the water has almost completely evaporated. Meanwhile, cut the boiled potatoes into small pieces. Add the potatoes to the frying pan and brown slightly. Pour the mixture into a blender, add an egg, the Grana Padano and blend into a purée. Pour the mixture into the moulds, place them in a baking dish filled with two fingers of water and bake at 160° for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, sauté the Mioorto Tasty Stems and arrange on a plate with the flans once ready.
