Tofu meatballs

Polpette al tofu

Ingredients

Mioorto Spinach
Tofu
Breadcrumbs
Salt
Chilli
Busta songino

Procedure

After boiling the Mioorto spinach, drain, chop and mix with the tofu which has been mashed with a fork. Season with salt, pepper and chilli and then add the breadcrumbs until it becomes a compact dough. Shape into meatballs, dip them in flour and bake in the oven at 180° until golden. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
