Focaccia with rocket


Mioorto Rocket
Crescenza cheese
Brewer’s yeast
Extra virgin olive oil


In a bowl, mix flour, brewer’s yeast, a teaspoon of sugar, a pinch of salt and extra virgin olive oil and knead at length. Leave to rise for approximately two hours and once the dough has risen to almost twice its initial size, spread onto a baking sheet oiled with extra virgin olive oil. Bake in an oven preheated to 200° for approximately 30 minutes. Once the focaccia is golden in colour, take out of the oven and cover with crescenza cheese and Mioorto rocket.
