Procedure
While browning the onion in a saucepan, blanch the potatoes, courgettes and Mioorto lettuce in a saucepan. Add the blanched vegetables to the onion and brown for another few minutes. Then use a stick blender to blend everything until it becomes a thick and even cream. Serve with a drizzle of oil.
